What this site collects and what we do with it.
The waitlist
If you join at app.sergward.com/signup, we receive your name, your email and, if you give it, your company. They reach the Sergward team in an email and we use them only to write to you about access to the product. They are not stored in the platform or shared with anyone.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no cookies and no advertising. To count visits we use Rybbit, an analytics tool that stores no cookies or data in your browser and changes the anonymous visit identifier every day, so it does not follow you from one day to the next. If it records the session, it masks everything typed into forms. The fonts are served from this same site.
What is logged
Like any site, the server that delivers these pages records the IP address and the page requested, to run it and to defend it from abuse. The waitlist also counts how many requests come from each address, to stop automated sending.
Deleting your details
If you want us to delete the email with your details, reply to the one we send you and we will.
And the product
What the agent collects once installed is listed, field by field, in “What the agent collects”.
